About the clubhouse

Our clubhouse, located at 100 chemin de la Rivière in Chelsea, Québec, is a multi-purpose space that is accessible to all members. It consists of a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a licensed bar, two washrooms with change rooms and showers and two international squash courts with viewing areas. 

The clubhouse offers a variety of fitness equipment (weights, spin bikes, paddling ergs, rowing machine, etc.) to help Club members accomplish their fitness goals.

The Club’s online reservation system allows its members to book a time in the different exercise rooms.

Clubhouse rental

All prices include tax

Full Day: Member or not-for-profit group: $400 / Corporate group: $550

Half Day (daytime): Member or not-for-profit group: $200 / Corporate group: $350

Half Day (evening): Member or not for profit group: $300 / Corporate: $450

Hourly rate: $80

* Rental fees must be paid before the event begins.

Please Note

  1. No smoking is permitted in the clubhouse.

  2. Children are not allowed in the squash courts or gym rooms during private functions.

  3. Loud music and noise must cease by 11:00 PM.

  4. Alcoholic beverages are available ONLY from the Club Bar. A bartender will be provided at no extra charge if bar receipts total a minimum of $500, otherwise the renter is required to pay the bartender minimum wage.

  5. Leave the Club as you found it (return all furniture to original locations, tidy rooms, close and lock all windows and doors, turn off lights).

  6. Disinfect shared equipment and surfaces with the provided cleaning supplies.

Clubhouse rules

  • The clubhouse is accessible daily from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.

  • Reservations are required for the fitness areas and squash courts.

  • Keep the space clean and tidy (discard trash, keep surfaces clean, remove outdoor shoes to prevent tracking dirt through the club, clean and put away any dishes used).

  • Do not remove any items or equipment from the clubhouse.

  • Close all windows and doors and turn off lights before leaving the clubhouse.

  • Do not adjust the heating controls.

Directions

From Autoroute 5, take Exit 21. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Route 105 and then immediately turn left onto chemin de la Rivière. The clubhouse is located at 100 chemin de la Rivière.
