Tabata TOTAL BODY Circuit
Exciting learning experience with great Total Body and Mind benefits.
As women grow older, we recognize the growing importance of strength training and continual muscle development for maintaining our overall health.
That's why participating in a strength and conditioning program like this one is crucial. In this program, you'll have access to a range of equipment: dumbbells, a bosu ball, stability ball, kettlebell, bench, resistance bands, and TRX. Each session is dynamic and diverse, featuring enjoyable exercises suitable for beginners to experienced exercisers alike.
Circuit Style strength program includes exercises targeting Abs, Upper Body and Legs.
The program is set up in a tabata style spending 50sec at each station, moving through the muscles group for 3 sets.
Followed by stretching for flexibility.

When: Tuesday & Thursday, 7-8am
