Squash
Squash has been offered at the Cascades Club since the building of the squash courts in the 1970s and has a rich competitive and recreational tradition. The Club has two international sized courts which are some of the best in the National Capital Region. The courts also have viewing areas that are great for league nights and tournaments in the region.
The squash courts are open for all members during the day but are only available to squash members and ODSA competitors in the evening. In order to buy a squash membership, you first need to be a social member. Annual squash membership costs are:
Family: $283
Individual: $160
Associate: $60
Tuesday nights are reserved for the Ottawa District Squash Association (ODSA) teams where they travel throughout the National Capital Region to compete against other squash clubs. The Cascades Club currently has 3 league teams in division 1, division 5, and division 6. For more information on player rankings, schedules and events, please visit www.odsa.ca
The Club also offers different competitive and recreational tournaments throughout the season. 2023 dates are TBD.
